This is a team blog now. So you may use your own google account to post blog, no need to remember our hotmail email address.
What I suggest is,
For general admin and management of the project and the blog, we use the hotmail account.
For individual part of research, we use our own folder, so everyone's work will be in 3 individual folders- should be easier to manage.

Please tell me your gmail email, otherwise, you cannot be added as an adminstrator.
